What This Position Is About

As a Fresher Graphic Designer, you will support our research and design teams by creating engaging digital visuals. You will learn and apply industry-standard design practices while contributing to branding, social media, and Digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media graphics, posters, marketing creatives, and website visuals. Assist in developing branding materials such as logos, brochures, and banners. Ensure consistency of design across all projects and adhere to brand guidelines. Ensure excellence in all creative with a keen eye for typography & graphic design. Work efficiently while meeting deadlines. Apply creativity while understanding brand standards. Collaborate with designers and research teams. Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices. Support basic video editing for promotional content.

Who Can Apply

Freshers with a strong design portfolio.

Experience in Canva is Mandatory

Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere Pro is a plus). Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design. Basic English communication skills for team collaboration.
