Job Summary:
Are you a passionate and creative design enthusiast ready to launch your career? We're looking for a Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or an aspiring designer eager to gain hands-on experience, refine their skills, and contribute to impactful design projects.
Your Contribution:

• Create compelling graphics for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print.
• Develop visual content that strictly adheres to established brand guidelines.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Assist in preparing and editing design files for both digital and print production.
• Incorporate feedback effectively and implement design revisions with precision and efficiency.
• Continuously research and apply current design trends, tools, and best practices.

• A recently completed degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Foundational proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
• A portfolio (academic or personal) that demonstrates your creativity and core design abilities.
• A solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or InDesign.
• A keen interest in branding or UI/UX design.
• Basic skills in motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
