Job Profile: Graphic Designer Position: Graphic Designer Experience: Minimum 2 years Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Create visually appealing and engaging designs for a variety of digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and more. \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute design concepts, from initial ideation to final production, ensuring consistency in brand identity and messaging. \xc2\xb7 Use graphic design software and tools to create illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs. \xc2\xb7 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure designs align with overall project goals. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and design standards. \xc2\xb7 Occasionally mentor and provide guidance to junior designers or interns. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI tools, Canva and Envato) or similar tools. \xc2\xb7 Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, highlighting creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to different styles. \xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
