Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, branding, and creative communication. The role requires a keen eye for detail, innovation, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs aligned with the organization's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms.

Develop branding materials including logos, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, packaging, and other promotional collaterals.

Create engaging visuals for websites, social media posts, email campaigns, and digital ads.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design strategies that enhance brand communication.

Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms and marketing channels.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Prepare design drafts and present ideas for approval.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).

Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Figma/Canva (added advantage).

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design skills.

Excellent sense of visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout.

Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate changes quickly.

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.

Photography or illustration skills.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience and portfolio.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
