Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Trainee/Executive)

. In this role, you will collaborate with our creative team to design and deliver visual content for

digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns

. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can translate ideas into visually appealing designs while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

This position is ideal for candidates who have

6 months to 1 year of design experience

and are eager to expand their skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop visual content for

social media, websites, brochures, advertisements

, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to

conceptualize and execute

design strategies that align with brand guidelines. Create

drafts, prototypes

, and final deliverables based on project requirements and feedback. Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and maintain brand integrity. Stay updated with current

design trends, tools, and industry best practices

. Support the team with additional design needs across campaigns and day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience

in graphic design or a related role. Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

. Solid understanding of

design principles, typography, layout

, and color theory. Strong creativity and attention to detail. Ability to

take feedback

, revise designs, and work within deadlines. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. A

portfolio

showcasing your design work (academic, freelance, or professional). Degree/Diploma in

Graphic Design, Visual Arts

, or a related field.
