Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented
Executive Graphic Designer
with strong experience in
packaging design (Coreldraw)
and a flair for high-impact visual storytelling. You will lead creative initiatives across digital, print, and product touchpoints, helping elevate Beauty Garage's visual identity.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
? Creative Execution & Design Ownership
Conceptualize and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, packaging, catalogs, retail collaterals, and trade materials.
Develop packaging designs that are innovative, functional, brand-aligned, and production-ready.
? Brand Consistency & Innovation
Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all creative platforms.
Propose fresh visual directions aligned with beauty and lifestyle trends.
? Team Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and e?commerce teams to execute integrated brand campaigns.
Guide and mentor junior designers when needed.
? Project & Workflow Management
Handle multiple concurrent design projects while meeting deadlines.
Liaise with printers, vendors, and packaging suppliers for final production and quality control.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
1-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with
proven expertise in packaging design
.
Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite--
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
(Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, packaging, and marketing assets.
Preferred Candidate Traits
Strong attention to detail and layout.
Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and design trends.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Immediate joiner preferred.
