Labhanya Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer Executive

to support our marketing and design team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating

digital marketing creatives

, social media designs, and basic branding materials while following brand guidelines.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, execution-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creatives for

social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns

Create banners, posters, brochures, and presentation designs Assist in website and landing page visual design Work closely with senior designers and marketing team Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all designs Make revisions based on feedback and project requirements Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Mandatory Requirements:

1-3 years of professional graphic design experience

Strong understanding of

design basics

(color, typography, layout) Must be comfortable working in an

office-based role

Ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines Good time management and coordination skills

Design Tools & Software Requirements:

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (mandatory) Basic knowledge of InDesign (preferred) Familiarity with Canva Basic understanding of Figma or Adobe XD (plus point)

Design Skill Areas:

Social media creatives (posts, stories, ad creatives) Marketing & promotional designs Basic branding materials Simple website banners and visuals

Preferred / Additional Skills (Good to Have):

Basic motion graphics or video thumbnail design Understanding of social media formats & trends Willingness to learn and adapt to new design styles Experience working in a digital marketing agency

Education Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
