Job Description

We are looking for a creative, technically sound Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in Events & MICE who can independently handle design briefs and deliver high-quality creative outputs under tight timelines.

The candidate should be adept at conceptualising, visualising, and executing designs for live events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activation, and corporate engagements.

Role & responsibilities

Hands-on experience in designing and visualizing for Events & MICE

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and related tools

Ability to understand briefs and handle projects independently

Deliver designs aligned to relevance, feasibility, budget, quality, and timelines

Maintain a minimum 75% design approval / conversion rate

Conceptualize and design theme-based event creatives and props

Design logos, stationery, collaterals, and branding materials

Create accurate layouts, artworks, and print-ready files

Good understanding of production requirements, sizes, and materials

Provide timely support during planning and event rollouts

Stay updated with industry trends and design innovations

Willingness to work late hours when required

Strong time management and multitasking ability

High attention to detail with strong execution skills

Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset

Deliver creative and aesthetic outputs across small to large-scale projects

Preferred candidate profile

Strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and flexibility to work late hours during peak event timelines. Excellent attention to detail with a strong execution mindset. Creative, aesthetic, and innovative approach across small to large-scale projects. Self-driven, disciplined, focused, and result-oriented. Positive attitude with strong collaboration skills.
