Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing
and branding team. The ideal candidate will have 2 3 years of professional experience, with
strong command over Photoshop, Canva, and other industry-standard tools. You'll be
responsible for crafting visual content for digital campaigns, brand assets, presentations, social
media, and web projects aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop visual content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media,
brochures, banners, and presentations.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand design needs and
deliver on-brand creative solutions.
Create layouts using Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and/or Figma as per project
requirements.
Maintain and evolve brand identity across various platforms and materials.
Adapt visuals for various screen sizes and resolutions (responsive and mobile-first
approach).
Design assets for email marketing, web ads, and landing pages.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
Source and edit images, infographics, and icon sets as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and visual best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 3 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer in a corporate or agency setting.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator; familiarity with Figma, InDesign, or other
tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to design both print and digital mediums.
Familiarity with basic video editing or motion graphics (using Premiere Pro or After Effects)
is a plus.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to take feedback constructively and improve iteratively.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design projects and creative styles.
Preferred but Not Mandatory
Experience designing for B2B or IT/technology companies.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design alignment.
Animation or motion design capability.
