1. Creating visually appealing designs, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, websites, and digital platforms.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
3. Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality artwork.
4. Design and produce marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and email templates.
5. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects.
6. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and creativity of design work.
7. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and deadlines effectively.
8. Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
9. Collaborate with other team members, such as copywriters and web developers, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
10. Prepare and deliver final design assets in various formats suitable for both print and digital media.
