The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging visual content for our marketing materials, website, and social media platforms, as well as managing our e-commerce platform. The candidate will be responsible for managing the UK and Indian company operations. Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, that effectively communicate SharkEye\'s products and services to our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs for digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Create and maintain visual assets for the company website, including web banners, landing pages, and product images.
• Develop and execute designs for social media campaigns and posts, including graphics, illustrations, and animations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials, both digital and print.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company, including sales and product development, to develop visual solutions that meet their needs.
• Manage SharkEye\'s e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfilment.
• Analyse and report on e-commerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase e-commerce sales and improve the customer experience.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing for both digital and print media. 2+ years of experience managing an e-commerce platform, preferably in the automotive industry. 2+ years of experience in managing platforms Amazon, Ebay, Magento & WordPress. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with design best practices for digital media, including web design and social media. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
