Job Title:

DTP Operator (CorelDRAW Expertise)

Location:

Medway Hospitals, Chennai - Kodambakkam

Key Responsibilities:

Design and format brochures, posters, flyers, reports, and other print materials using CorelDRAW and other DTP/design software. Collaborate with marketing, HR, and clinical teams to deliver engaging, accurate designs that meet project requirements. Prepare layouts, typeset documents, and ensure high visual quality and consistency across all materials. Proofread and review materials for errors before finalizing and sending for print. Edit images, adjust colors, and integrate graphics as per content specifications. Maintain organization of project files, ensure proper archiving of completed works, and stay updated with DTP best practices and technology trends. Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a DTP Operator. Proficiency in CorelDRAW (must), plus familiarity with other graphic design or desktop publishing software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong attention to detail and creativity in layout/design. Basic knowledge of print production standards and file formats. Good communication skills and teamwork orientation. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines.
