Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements.
Develop digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online promotions.
Create branding elements including logos, packaging, and brand identity guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
Work closely with printers, vendors, and other partners to ensure high-quality production outputs.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.
Edit photos, retouch images, and create mockups when required.
Prepare final artwork files for production or digital use.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
Proficiency in design software:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and CorelDRAW
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and time management skills.
