Charkhi is a premium heritage textile brand specializing in luxury turban fabrics, groom saafa, mens ties & bows, kalangi, mala, brooches, and hijabs.
Our brand identity is rooted in royal aesthetics, craftsmanship, and modern luxury, with a strong focus on men's wedding & ceremonial fashion.

We are building a powerful brand presence across digital and physical channels and are looking for a Creative Marketing & Brand Executive to lead this transformation.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, leadership-driven role responsible for managing Charkhi's complete visual identity, marketing strategy, social presence, influencer collaborations, and offline brand campaigns.

You will own the brand's growth, visibility, and market perception.

Core Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Visuals

Design social media creatives, ads, reels covers, campaign posters & banners Create packaging designs for turban fabrics, groom collections & accessories Design website creatives, landing page visuals & product graphics Maintain strict brand consistency across all platforms Video editing
Social Media Management & Growth

Plan, create & execute content calendar across Instagram, Facebook & other platforms Manage posts, stories, reels, captions, hashtags & community engagement Analyze performance, reach, engagement & growth Build Charkhi's digital identity as a luxury menswear & wedding brand
Influencer Marketing

Identify and onboard influencers (wedding, fashion, groom, lifestyle creators) Plan & execute influencer campaigns Manage content approvals, timelines, budgets & collaborations Measure influencer ROI and optimize campaigns
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

Plan brand launches, wedding season campaigns & festive promotions Execute offline marketing campaigns (store branding, events, exhibitions, vendor tie-ups, wedding expos) Coordinate photoshoots, promotional events & brand collaborations Support sales & business growth with strong marketing initiatives
Overall Marketing Ownership

Act as custodian of Charkhi's brand image & market positioning Work closely with management on business growth strategy Continuously improve brand perception & customer engagement
Required Skills & ExpertiseTools & Software

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Canva Meta Business Suite Social media analytics tools
Core Skills

Strong visual & creative thinking Deep understanding of luxury branding & men's fashion aesthetics Expertise in social media growth strategies Influencer marketing planning & execution Campaign planning & brand storytelling Excellent communication & leadership skills
Preferred Background

Experience with fashion, textile, wedding or luxury brands Knowledge of photography & content production Experience managing both digital & offline marketing campaigns
