Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

In-House Graphic Designer

to support our brand and business goals through visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, HR, and internal teams to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative designs for marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, presentations, posters, banners, and emailers Design internal communication materials such as HR - job postings, collaterals, employer branding assets, and corporate presentations Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all design outputs Create and adapt designs for both digital and print formats Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Incorporate feedback and revise designs as required Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer (in-house experience preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design Ability to translate ideas into visually impactful designs Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with branding and corporate identity Familiarity with UI/UX basics or tools like Figma Knowledge of social media design formats and trends
