Understand CTR-driven thumbnail design (faces, expressions, contrast, curiosity)
Maintain brand consistency across all thumbnails and creatives
Collaborate with video editors and content strategists for title-thumbnail sync
Deliver designs on time while managing multiple thumbnails daily
Requirements
Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (YouTube thumbnail experience is a must)
2-3 years of graphic design experience preferred
Clear understanding of thumbnail psychology, layouts, and typography
Awareness of YouTube & Instagram content trends and formats
Portfolio must include
YouTube & Instagram thumbnail samples
