We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our Communications team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual and print communication materials that support cultural, heritage, and development-focused projects. This role requires strong publication design skills, creativity, and the ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and develop communication materials including: Reports and publications Brochures and outreach collateral Exhibition panels and displays Presentations and visual assets Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines Translate complex project information into clear and engaging designs Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines Prepare print-ready files and support print production processes

Requirements:

Strong expertise in

Graphic Design and Visual Communication

Proficiency in: Adobe InDesign Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop CorelDRAW Excellent layout, typography, and print design skills Experience in publication design and print production Good communication skills in

English and Hindi

High attention to detail and creativity Experience in NGO / not-for-profit / social impact projects is a plus Ability to work in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment Strong time management and multitasking skills
