Duties

Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, digital content, and print advertising that align with company goals and brand standards Design logos, icons, layouts, and visual assets using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma Create motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance storytelling and engagement Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling visual content for websites, social media, presentations, and promotional materials Manage visual design projects from concept through production, ensuring high-quality output that meets deadlines Apply color management principles, typography best practices, and layout design techniques to produce visually appealing work Maintain consistency across all visual assets by adhering to branding guidelines and style standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital art, illustration, logo design, and layout work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, InVision, and other relevant design tools Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for web design and user interface projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, WordPress content management systems, and content management systems (CMS) Knowledge of motion graphics creation and video editing techniques using Adobe After Effects or similar software Strong grasp of color theory, typography, typesetting, and visual hierarchy to craft engaging designs Ability to interpret project briefs clearly and translate ideas into visually compelling solutions with presentation skills for stakeholder reviews Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes or production design is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
