About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

with

1-3 years of experience

to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the

printing industry

and hands-on experience designing

stationery, packaging, and marketing creatives

. Basic

video editing for social media reels

is also required.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative and visually appealing

notebook covers, diaries, planners, stickers, packaging sleeves, and other stationery products

. Create

product banners, promotional creatives, and marketing graphics

for e-commerce platforms such as

Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website

. Edit and produce

short-form videos and reels

for social media promotions. Prepare

print-ready files

, ensuring correct

CMYK color setup, bleed, margins, dyelines, and packaging layouts

. Collaborate with

product and marketing teams

to ensure designs are brand-aligned and visually impactful. Manage

multiple design projects simultaneously

while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Tools

Mandatory Tools:

Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop CorelDRAW Canva

Additional Expertise:

Strong familiarity with the

printing industry

(mandatory). Basic video editing skills using

Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools

. Excellent understanding of

aesthetics, layout, color, and typography

. Ability to

accept feedback and make quick revisions

.

Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience as a

Graphic Designer

. Prior experience in

stationery, packaging, or printing-related projects

is preferred. A

strong portfolio

showcasing relevant design work. Experience in

reel creation and video editing

is an added advantage.
