Key Responsibilities

Create and design visual assets for print materials, social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, and email campaigns. Develop original concepts and turn them into well-executed designs. Ensure that every design project is consistent with the brand. Work together with cross-functional teams to comprehend project needs and provide solutions. Create and edit preliminary versions for comments; make adjustments in response to feedback. Oversee several projects at once and adhere to deadlines. Keep abreast with design best practices, tools, and trends. Depending on the role, make brief animations or simple motion graphics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrated graphic design experience (portfolio needed). Expertise in design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Figma. A solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. The capacity to accept constructive criticism and modify designs as necessary. Excellent organized and attention to detail abilities. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Motion graphics or video editing experience (e.g., After Effects, Premiere). Understanding of UI/UX design concepts.
The ability to illustrate.

Work experience in a fast-paced or agency setting.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or equivalent experience.

Pay: ₹11,373.50 - ₹25,000.00 per month
