What You'll Do:

? Design and develop cohesive and compelling visual assets aligned with Nappa Dori's brand language

? Create graphics for digital platforms, including website banners, newsletters, social media content, and digital ads

? Assist in conceptualizing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal lookbooks

? Contribute to packaging and print collateral, ensuring every design speaks to the brand's handcrafted luxury

? Collaborate with the senior design team, photographers, and marketing to brainstorm and execute fresh visual ideas

? Work within brand guidelines while still bringing fresh creative thinking to the table

? Support in producing mood boards, mockups, and presentation decks

What We're Looking For:

? 3-5 years of experience in graphic design

? A strong portfolio showcasing versatility in digital and print design

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro a bonus)

? A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color, with strong attention to detail

? Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

? Passion for storytelling through visuals and a love for thoughtful, minimalist design

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
