Role Overview

We are seeking a

full-time Graphic & Visual Designer

who will lead the visual expression of the brand across digital platforms, events, publications and website experience. The ideal candidate understands design beyond aesthetics -- as storytelling, identity-building, and cultural expression.

Key Responsibilities

? Design high-impact YouTube thumbnails that drive audience engagement and CTR.

? Create digital posters, banners, social media designs, reel covers and campaign graphics.

? Work on website UI/UX layouts and coordinate execution with developers.

? Design event material: backdrops, standees, flyers, screens and branding elements.

? Create brochures, reports and publication design for institutional use.

? Maintain brand consistency through style guides, templates and design systems.

Required Skills

? Proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (optional), Figma/Adobe XD, Canva

? Excellent sense of

layout, typography, colour psychology and composition.

? Experience creating thumbnails for YouTube or media-based platforms (mandatory).

? Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive web design (preferred).

? Ability to work in pace with content production timelines.

Preferred Background

? 1-4 years of experience in graphic design, media, content creation or branding.

? Experience in digital-first or media-driven organizations.

? Interest in Indian culture, heritage, philosophy and design themes.
