Position Overview

We are looking for a

creative, disciplined, and brand-oriented Graphic Designer

who can design premium, clinical, and luxury-style visuals for Awish Clinic.
This role requires someone who understands aesthetic branding, healthcare design ethics, and how to create content that builds

trust, authority, and conversion

Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design & Branding

Create

clinical, premium-quality graphics

for social media, website, YouTube, clinic boards, standees, brochures, and campaigns. Design treatment posters, offer banners, product packaging, and in-clinic branding items. Maintain brand identity (fonts, colors, logo usage, white-space, minimal look). Innovate new design styles that match luxury dermatology standards.

2. Social Media Content

Design 20-25 Posts + Reels graphics monthly. Create thumbnails, captions layout, patient testimonial designs. Produce engaging story templates, highlight covers, and carousel posts. Deliver clean and high-conversion creatives for ads (Instagram/Facebook/Google).

3. Product & Clinical Creative Work

Design packaging for skincare products (face wash, serums, sunscreen, kits). Create mockups for product promotion (Amazon, Flipkart, clinic display). Design before/after templates, treatment information sheets, and procedure formats.

4. Clinic Branding & Print Material

Design: Standees Pamphlets Flyers Visiting cards Service menus Posters Brochures Ensure all print materials follow high-resolution & medical branding standards.

5. Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with the social media manager, marketing team, and clinic owner. Coordinate with video editor for maintaining uniform color grading & style. Take feedback and deliver revisions on time. Complete urgent tasks quickly during campaigns/offers.

6. File Management & Systems

Maintain a structured library of editable files. Use shared drives for easy team access. Keep source files in open formats (PSD, AI, PNG, PDF).

Required Skills

Expertise in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma

. Strong understanding of color theory, minimalistic design, medical aesthetics. Ability to create luxury-brand visuals. Strong typography knowledge. Must be disciplined and deadline-driven.

Pay: ?11,373.50 - ?36,305.79 per month
