You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and digital teams to create designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities / Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):1. Design & Creativity
Develop visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, brochures, posters, packaging, and website elements.
Create original concepts that communicate the brand message effectively.
Maintain consistency in brand style, tone, and visual identity across all materials.
2. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and creative briefs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., web developers, photographers, and copywriters) to ensure cohesive brand visuals.
Present design ideas and concepts for feedback and approval.
3. Brand Development & Management
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and enhance brand presence.
Contribute to evolving and refreshing the brand identity as needed.
4. Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Maintain organized files and version control of all design assets.
Ensure timely delivery of creative materials within project timelines.
5. Market Awareness & Innovation
Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in visual communication.
Recommend innovative design solutions and techniques to improve engagement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Timely delivery of creative projects.
Quality and originality of design work.
Brand consistency across platforms.
Stakeholder satisfaction (internal and external feedback).
Contribution to improved engagement metrics (e.g., CTR, reach, conversions).
Qualifications & Skills:
2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in a digital agency is a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, corel draw, After Effects, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
