Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
Create high-quality graphics for
social media
, website, ads, emailers, and offline marketing.
Develop
brand guidelines
, visual identity systems, and creative themes.
Design marketing materials: posters, brochures, banners, standees, pitch decks, event creatives.
Produce visually rich content for campaigns, launches, and community events.
Social Media + Digital Marketing
Design and plan social media calendars aligned with brand tone & campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing team to create
digital-first creative strategies
.
Optimize creatives for paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
Analyze content performance and design future posts based on insights.
Ideate reels, motion graphics, and short-form content to maximize engagement.
Maintain consistency in brand language across all digital channels.
Brand & Creative Strategy
Develop storytelling-based visual ideas to strengthen brand recall.
Understand audience behaviour (Gen-Z + working professionals) and design accordingly.
Work on creative concepts for product launches, festivals, and campus initiatives.
Ensure design quality, detail, and innovation in every deliverable.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or similar field.
2-5 years of professional experience in digital design & social media creatives.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design work (mandatory).
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Excellent attention to detail, color sense, typography, and layout mastery.
