We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to lead and deliver design projects across multiple departments including
website, social media, performance marketing, and YouTube
. Core deliverables will include
website banners, product visuals and packaging, social media creatives, ad creatives for digital campaigns, and thumbnails for video platforms
. This role requires balancing creative execution with project ownership, ensuring that all design outputs meet brand standards while driving performance across campaigns. You will also mentor junior designers, manage workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
Design Strategy & Execution
Create and deliver design assets across web, social, ads, and product-related campaigns.
Ensure all creative outputs reflect brand identity and campaign goals.
Translate briefs and marketing objectives into visually compelling assets.
Creative Leadership & Mentorship
Review and provide feedback on designs created by junior team members.
Guide interns and associates in improving skills and creative quality.
Set benchmarks for consistency and innovation in design.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with social media, web, performance, and content teams on integrated campaigns.
Partner with SEO and performance marketers to design conversion-focused creatives.
Collaborate with video teams to deliver engaging thumbnails and related visuals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Consistency and quality of design assets across all platforms.
Timeliness and efficiency in delivering multiple projects.
Impact of creative design on campaign engagement and conversions.
Growth and skill development of junior designers under mentorship.
Adherence to brand identity and creative standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
3-6 years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in
web design, ad creatives, social media graphics, product packaging, and campaign visuals
.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and related design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.
