to handle all design-related functions for

. This role involves

conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content

that aligns with our brand identities across various platforms, including digital media, print, marketing materials, and event promotions.

You will be responsible for creating compelling

illustrations, logos, layouts, and graphics

for websites, social media, pitch decks, product packaging, and more. Your designs should

captivate audiences, enhance brand presence, and effectively communicate key messages

.

Key Responsibilities

Understand

design briefs and project requirements

, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Develop creative

visual concepts, illustrations, and graphics

for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Design engaging layouts for

digital and print media

, including event posters, banners, brochures, and presentations. Work with

copywriters and creative teams

to refine visual content. Ensure consistency in

brand aesthetics

across all platforms and materials. Test graphics across various media formats and optimize designs for different use cases. Revise designs based on feedback and ensure high-quality final outputs. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven

graphic design experience

with a strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, branding, and marketing materials. Proficiency in design software such as

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools

. Strong eye for

aesthetics, color theory, typography, and composition

. Ability to

conceptualize and execute creative ideas

effectively. Excellent

communication and collaboration skills

to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to

manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments

. Degree in

Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

(preferred but not mandatory).
