Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative

Graphic Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content that reflects the brand's identity and engages our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create digital and print designs for campaigns, social media, advertisements, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, websites, packaging, and branding. Create visually compelling content for print and digital platforms, including banners, brochures, presentations, and advertisements. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all designs. Produce designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Edit and retouch product photos, promotional images, and campaign visuals. Prepare design files for print production, ensuring accuracy and quality. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Ability to create motion graphics and basic video editing is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 1-3 years of professional design experience (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply). Experience designing for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding projects.
