Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop visual content for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, emailers, ads, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative ideas and design layouts.
Ensure brand consistency across all designs and communication channels.
Adapt and resize creatives as per platform requirements.
Assist in creating engaging visual assets for product launches, campaigns, and events.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Take feedback positively and make revisions to designs as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
6 months to 2 years of relevant design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent design tools.
Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
