Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating visually appealing graphics for digital platforms - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads. Design creatives for social media posts, ad campaigns, reels covers, emailers, presentations, and website banners. Collaborate with content, strategy, and video editing teams to bring marketing ideas to life. Ensure consistency in branding across all visuals. Work on mockups, client presentations, and campaign layouts. Edit and adapt existing creative templates as per requirements. Stay updated with current design trends in social media and digital advertising.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. (Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus.) Experience of 0 to 2 years in this field. Strong understanding of colors, fonts, layout, and design principles. A good aesthetic sense and attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines and accept feedback. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. A basic portfolio of 5-6 sample works (even student or self-initiated projects).

Understanding of social media platforms and digital ad formats. Interest in branding and visual storytelling. Creative thinking and the ability to ideate independently.
