Compensation: ₹30,000/- per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Probation Period: 2 months




Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our design and marketing teams in developing compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is proficient in design and video editing tools, has a keen eye for aesthetics, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.




Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation: Design and develop engaging graphics for digital and print mediums, including social media, websites, emails, advertising, promotional materials, and corporate decks. Video Editing: Edit short-form videos, motion graphics, and animations for campaigns, social media, and other platforms. Presentation Design: Create visually impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency and high storytelling value. Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, copywriting, and project teams to understand project objectives, audience insights, and deliverables. Feedback & Revisions: Implement feedback constructively and revise designs efficiently to meet project timelines. Trend Research: Stay informed on current trends in design, video editing, and presentations to bring fresh perspectives and innovation to the table. Deadline Management: Juggle multiple projects while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. Detail-Oriented: Maintain high attention to detail and demonstrate a strong sense of design accuracy and creativity.



Required Skills & Competencies

Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Presentation Tools: Skilled in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools to create impactful presentation designs. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Ability to coordinate with different teams for effective social media and content execution. Creativity & Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset to suggest design improvements and solve creative challenges.

Pay: ₹20,307.19 - ₹36,184.38 per month
