Job Summary:

Evolvesocially is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with strong video editing capabilities to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually compelling digital assets across various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a keen eye for design, a solid understanding of digital marketing trends, and proficiency in video production and editing to create engaging visual content that drives client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Design engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, banner ads, website graphics, email templates, and landing pages. Develop creative concepts and designs for digital branding initiatives, ensuring consistency in identity, voice, and positioning across all visual elements. Create print-ready marketing materials such as business cards and other collateral as needed. Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce visually appealing graphics that complement SEO-driven content strategies.

Video Editing & Production:

Edit and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms, including social media, YouTube, and website promotions. Develop video marketing assets that align with client objectives and enhance their online presence. Assist in the conceptualization and execution of video campaigns, from storyboarding to final delivery. Work on specialized video projects, such as 360-degree virtual tours, particularly for real estate marketing.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with the digital marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure visual assets are integrated seamlessly into overall strategies. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve visual output. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and visual concepts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably within a digital marketing agency. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design and video editing projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and SMM, and how visual content contributes to these strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
