Key Responsibilities:

Design and animate 3D walkthroughs, flythroughs, and property visualizations

to showcase real estate projects. Create compelling

videos for property promotions

, project launches, investor presentations, and social media. Produce

photo-realistic CGI renderings

and integrate them with video and live footage. Design marketing materials including

brochures, digital ads, hoardings, and website graphics

. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to

translate briefs into visual assets

that elevate brand presence. Maintain consistency in visual tone and branding across all creative assets. Stay updated with the latest trends in

architectural visualization, 3D tools

, and design best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Graphic Design, Animation, Architecture Visualization

, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in motion design, CGI, or video production--preferably in real estate, architecture, or design sectors. Proficiency in:

Adobe Creative Suite

(After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

3D Software

like

Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Cinema 4D

Video editing & color grading tools

(DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

Rendering engines

like

V-Ray, Lumion, or Twinmotion

Strong understanding of

lighting, materials, camera animation

, and post-production for real estate visuals. Excellent eye for detail, spatial awareness, and architectural aesthetics. Portfolio showcasing

real estate or architectural video/CGI projects

is a must.
