Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:

Develop visual content for digital and print media including social media posts, infographics, brochures, banners, email templates, and advertisements. Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and design creative assets that align with branding guidelines. Edit and retouch photos and videos for campaigns and promotional use. Maintain a consistent look and feel across all digital and offline materials.

Digital Marketing:

Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and increase follower engagement. Optimize content for SEO, SEM, and social media. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on key metrics. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversions. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in graphic design and digital marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads). Knowledge of basic video editing is a plus. Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and content marketing strategies. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
