Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and creative individual who can manage both graphic designing and digital marketing responsibilities. If you're passionate about design, marketing, and clean energy -- this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Designing:

Design creatives for social media (posts, reels, banners, infographics)

Create promotional material like brochures, flyers, flex boards, hoardings

Assist with basic video editing for social media

Maintain design templates and brand guidelines

Support the sales and project teams with customized visuals

Digital Marketing:

Manage and grow company presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google

Plan and post daily social media content

Run and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads (basic level acceptable)

Coordinate WhatsApp promotions and email campaigns

Analyze performance data and generate weekly reports

Support website updates and SEO basics

Required Skills:

Design Tools: Canva (required), Adobe Photoshop, (optional), basic video editing (preferred)

Marketing Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (basic understanding)

Good command of Marathi, Hindi, and English content (for captions and creatives)

Creative mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills

Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field

Fresher or 0-2 years of relevant experience

Portfolio or sample of past creative work is preferred

Local candidates from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar will be given preference

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,313.40 - ₹15,678.37 per month
