Aarth Universal School, one of India's leading IB schools, is looking for a talented and creative
Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Executive
to manage and enhance the school's visual identity and online presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics aligned with international educational standards and experience in school branding, social media marketing, and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging graphics, creatives, brochures, posters, and videos for digital and print media.
Manage the school's social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and ensure consistent brand voice.
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns for admissions, events, and community outreach.
Coordinate photography, videography, and visual documentation of school events.
Collaborate with the leadership and admissions team to design communication materials and newsletters.
Analyze engagement insights and suggest strategies to enhance audience reach and brand presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
Experience in social media management, ad campaigns, and digital analytics.
Strong creative vision with attention to detail and understanding of school branding aesthetics.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Background:
Prior experience working with schools, educational institutions, or learning brands.
Knowledge of IB/International curriculum branding tone is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
