Responsibilities : Collaborate with the creative team to understand client requirements and project objectives. Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that meet client briefs and brand guidelines. Design captivating and impactful visual assets for various digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements. Create visually compelling infographics, illustrations, banners, icons, and other graphic elements. Optimize graphics for web and mobile platforms to ensure optimal user experience and fast loading times. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging digital media technologies. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance design processes and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a strong sense of visual aesthetics. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and best practices. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
