The Opportunity: At Niva Bupa, we're building a health insurance brand that feels relatable and celebrates everyday joys of having a secured life. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who will take full ownership of redefining our visual language - bringing fresh, new-age, and innovative design solutions that break away from conventional industry norms. This role is crucial in setting us apart through compelling visuals that clearly express our brand vision and connect with the audience.
Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with the brand team to translate campaign and creative briefs, into impactful visual designs
? Conceptualize collaterals tailored to various platforms, including social media, emailers, WhatsApp, brochures and other digital and offline channels, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
? Uphold brand consistency and quality standards by staying informed about industry trends, audience insights, and market dynamics
? Deliver rapid visual concepts and executions for moment marketing opportunities, capitalizing on current trends with agility
? Leverage AI tools efficiently to accelerate the creation of innovative content ideas and design executions.
? Challenge the conventional design norms within the BFSI sector by bringing fresh perspectives that push creative boundaries and differentiate our brand presence
Required Skills:
? Proven 2-3 years experience as a Graphic Designer (Packaging) or in a similar role.
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
? Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
? Experience in motion graphics and video editing (a plus).
? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
? Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
? A portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
