We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, has a strong design sensibility, and can translate ideas into impactful visuals across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for digital channels including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, ads, and landing pages
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, posters, pitch decks, and brand creatives
• Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
• Revise and iterate designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders
• Prepare final design files for production, publishing, or development handoff
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual design
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Figma
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for both digital and print mediums
• Ability to convert briefs and concepts into visually engaging designs
• Strong attention to detail with a good sense of aesthetics
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing design principles
• Ability to accept feedback constructively and iterate quickly
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Good to Have

• Experience with motion graphics, basic animations, or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
• Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of social media design formats and performance-driven creatives
