As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing content that effectively communicates our mission and values to our audience. Responsibilities: - Create engaging and innovative designs for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, posters, brochures, and flyers. - Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional, educational, and informational purposes. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for multimedia projects. - Ensure brand consistency across all design assets. - Stay up-to-date with NGO trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Requirements: - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree - Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in graphic design and video editing. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. - Strong knowledge of Corel Draw for graphic design tasks. - Excellent creative and conceptual skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Strong communication skills.
