Brand Catapult, a dynamic marketing and advertising agency, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate our clients\' message and ideas. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams, including copywriters and art directors, to ensure that all designs are aligned with the brand image and campaign objectives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating impactful designs, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual communication. Responsibilities Create visual concepts and designs for various digital and print collateral, such as social media graphics, brochures, and flyers Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the campaign objectives and brand image Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet the quality standards set by the agency and clients Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, and incorporate feedback to refine designs Maintain and organize design files and assets for future use Requirements 2+ years of experience in graphic design in a marketing or advertising agency Strong portfolio that showcases a diverse range of design skills, including typography, layout, and branding Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual communication Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or a related field preferred
