Intercorp is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer with a strong visual portfolio and experience in D2C e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in graphic design, basic video creation/editing, and the ability to use AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and creativity. You will work closely with the marketing, branding, and social media teams to create high-impact visual and video content aligned with our brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging visual and video content, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and promotional assets for digital, print, and marketing platforms
Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling for branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns while maintaining brand consistency
Edit, retouch, and enhance images and videos to ensure high-quality output
Use AI-powered design, image, and video tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and turnaround time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and meet deadlines
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and visual content creation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
Familiarity with AI-powered design and content tools (image/video generation, editing, automation)
Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and basic motion design
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
