Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Graphic Designer cum Video Editor
who is creative, detail-oriented, and serious about their career in digital design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with a digital marketing agency, be capable of managing multiple client projects, and consistently meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging graphics, social media posts, and marketing collaterals aligned with client brand guidelines.
Conceptualize and edit short-form and long-form videos/reels for social media platforms.
Collaborate with the social media and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
Participate in client discussions to understand design requirements and provide creative input.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
Stay updated with current design and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
Experience:
2 - 2.5 years in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional Traits:
Punctual, accountable, and deadline-driven.
Client-facing and presentable.
Serious about career growth and professional conduct.
Logistics:
Must have own laptop.
Must be willing to work from the office (Film Nagar, Hyderabad).
Preferably from Film Nagar or nearby areas, or willing to travel daily.
