Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and multi-skilled Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a visual storyteller, capable of producing high-quality graphics and engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This hybrid role requires a strong skill set in both disciplines to create captivating content across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually stunning graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), digital ads, email newsletters, website banners, and other marketing materials. Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets, including brochures, presentations, and infographics. Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media reels, YouTube videos, promotional ads, and internal presentations. Trim footage, add music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to create professional-grade videos. Ensure all creative assets strictly adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color palette, and overall visual style. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts, develop campaign strategies, and understand project requirements. Manage and organize all creative assets and project files in a structured manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media formats, and video editing techniques.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven proficiency in design and video editing software:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe Illustrator

Canva

. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and video editing, particularly for social media and digital marketing. Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Solid experience in creating engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels) and digital marketing materials. Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. Basic photography or videography skills.
