Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs that communicate our brand's message and values effectively. This role will involve working closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to design materials for both digital and print platforms. The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in shaping the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Branding

Create visually appealing designs for a wide range of materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, advertisements, presentations, and print collateral. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content. Work with the marketing and product teams to design graphics that align with the company's brand identity and marketing strategies.

Project Management & Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Content, Product) to understand design needs and produce effective visual solutions. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Provide creative input and feedback in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the team's overall creative direction.

Digital Content Creation

Design and optimize digital assets for various channels, including social media, email, and web, ensuring visuals are optimized for different devices and platforms. Create custom illustrations, infographics, and other digital assets to support content marketing and storytelling efforts. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and digital techniques to continuously improve and innovate.

Print Design

Develop layouts and artwork for print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and packaging. Ensure color, resolution, and other print specifications meet quality standards for professional printing. Coordinate with printing vendors and provide final files in the correct format and specifications.

UX/UI Design (if applicable)

Assist in designing website and app layouts, wireframes, and user interfaces that enhance the user experience. Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are accurately implemented.

Asset Management & Documentation

Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including templates, icons, images, and fonts, for easy access and reuse. Document design processes and specifications to streamline workflows and maintain consistency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (1+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Sketch for digital design is a plus. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy. Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt designs based on feedback. Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or UX/UI design principles. Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
