Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design Tasks:
Create attractive designs for social media posts, ads, banners, websites, and marketing collaterals.
Assist in developing brand assets like logos, brochures, posters, and presentation decks.
Bring fresh ideas and new perspectives to the design table while maintaining brand consistency.
Video Editing Tasks:
Edit short videos, reels, motion graphics, promotional videos, and animated posts.
Work on basic video shoots (if required), trimming, transitions, adding text animations, and music.
Support the creative team in visual storytelling across digital platforms.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
Skills You'll Need (or Be Willing to Learn):
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
Good understanding of design fundamentals -- color theory, typography, layout, and branding
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude
Ability to handle feedback and work under deadlines
Educational Qualification:
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Diploma course in Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Animation, or any relevant field.
