Unifit Realty is looking for a

creative Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

who can design engaging visuals and edit high-quality videos for real estate marketing. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, creative, and comfortable working across multiple design and video platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create creatives for social media, ads, websites, landing pages & brochures Design marketing materials such as banners, posts, reels, thumbnails & presentations Edit promotional videos, reels, walkthroughs & ad creatives Work closely with the digital marketing team for campaigns Maintain brand consistency across all creatives Deliver work within timelines and marketing requirements

Required Skill Set

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Premiere Pro

Canva (Advanced level preferred)

Requirements

Minimum

1 year experience

in graphic designing and video editing Strong creative and visual sense Knowledge of social media formats (Instagram, YouTube, Meta ads) Ability to handle multiple tasks and revisions Real estate experience is a plus (not mandatory)
