We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

with strong knowledge of the

real estate industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content to promote real estate projects across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing creatives for real estate projects including brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, social media posts, and emailers Edit high-quality videos such as property walkthroughs, project launch videos, reels, ads, and promotional films Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand project requirements and branding guidelines Develop layouts and visuals for print and digital advertisements Edit drone footage, site progress videos, and testimonial videos Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and videos Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently Stay updated with design, video, and real estate marketing trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor Strong knowledge of

real estate marketing concepts

(projects, layouts, floor plans, amenities, location highlights, etc.) Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is a plus Understanding of video formats, resolutions, and social media optimization Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and in a team
