We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing creatives and managing end-to-end social media activities across all digital platforms. The role requires strong design skills, content understanding, and knowledge of social media trends to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Key
Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Create visually compelling graphics, banners, posters, social media creatives, infographics, and marketing materials.
Develop brand-specific visual content that aligns with company guidelines and campaign goals.
Work on static and basic motion graphics (GIFs/Reels preferred).
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design promotional content.
Ensure timely delivery of design assets for all campaigns and social media posts.
Social Media Management
Manage and oversee company profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly content to maintain consistent posting.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to enhance brand presence.
Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community interactions.
Prepare monthly performance reports and insights to improve future strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Mass Media, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in graphic design and social media management.
Proficiency in
Canva
,
Adobe Photoshop
,
Illustrator
, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, current trends, and content strategies.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to multitask, take feedback positively, and meet deadlines.
Additional Preferred Skills
Knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut).
Ability to create reels, short-form videos, and basic animations.
Experience with social media paid ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus.
