About the Role

Evolve Artisanal works at the intersection of design, material innovation, and

craftsmanship. We create bespoke metal-finish panels, art walls, and surfaces for

architects, interior designers, and private clients. Every project is custom, and every

surface tells a story.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Photographer who can move seamlessly between design development, factory and site documentation, and brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities:-

Production & Work Order Design

Develop accurate, detailed designs using relevant design softwares for surfaces as per client orders and specifications Translate design concepts into production-ready visuals for the factory team Ensure design intent, scale, and finishes are clearly communicated

Photography & Videography (Factory, Showroom & Onsite)

Shoot high-quality photos and videos of panels produced in the factory Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS), process shots, and material details Visit project sites to document work-in-progress, BTS, and final installations Renders & Visualisation Develop interior scene renders to showcase panels and finishes Use Photoshop, Blender, and other tools to create realistic visual representations Assist in concept visualisation for pitches and client presentations

Video Editing

Edit short-form videos and reels for social media using VN, Inshot, Canva or other similar tools Edit long form 30 second to 1 minute brand videos using relevant video editing software Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for digital platforms Technical Requirements Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and similar tools Strong working knowledge of one or multiple rendering softwares Basic video editing skills (Reels, short-form content) Understanding of camera photography and videography (DSLR and phone-based)

Soft Skill Requirements

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Clear and professional communication skills Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design + execution environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on the spot and find practical design or execution-led solutions

Preferred Candidates

Experience 1-3 years [Industry Design / Interiors / Manufacturing (preferred)] Someone who enjoys being close to the craft, not just behind a screen Someone who is comfortable working in a factory environment A designer who can move between factory floors, experience center, project sites, and digital work seamlessly A detail-oriented creative who understands both aesthetics and execution Someone who is comfortable with multitasking and can effectively organize their day based of time sensitive requirements
